How was the exhibition

At the pop-up exhibition "Time, Invention and Imagination" in Seoul, Konstantin Chaykin presents a selection of his paintings and a preview of a new limited edition silkscreen series. Chaykin is an independent watchmaking master who, in recent years, has developed an increasingly recognized artistic path alongside the creation of unusual timepieces.

A VIP preview will take place on July 22, and the exhibition will be opened to the public from July 23 to August 5, at COLLECTORS HOUSE, Galleria Department Store EAST, Seoul.

The exhibition is built around a preview of the limited edition silkscreen "Ticking to the Moon," where Konstantin Chaykin gives shape to years of reflection on the kinship between a watch movement and the Solar System. At the heart of the composition lies a pearl Moon, around which an entire system unfolds, one where celestial order and watch movement are inseparably intertwined.

Alongside the central artwork, the exhibition presents "Ahasuerus," "Autumn," "Dormouse," "Possibility 2," and "Thinking of Time Birth."
