These Terms apply to all users of the Website. We may modify or update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted and do not apply to orders already paid.

Important: Customers using the website who are minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

All products are subject to availability. Product images are for illustration and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when your payment is successfully completed and we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or the order breaches the sanctions restrictions below); in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

Prices are listed in USD. The price of an order is fixed at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase by credit or debit card, as described on our Payments page.

KC HOROLOGY L.L.C-FZ will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.

We ship worldwide, subject to the sanctions restrictions above. Delivery options, costs, timing and import duties are described in our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

Cancellations, replacements, returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Replacement Policy and Refund & Return Policy. Art reproductions by Konstantin Chaykin are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Refunds are made only through the original mode of payment.

All content on the Website (text, images, artworks, graphics, logos) is the property of KC HOROLOGY L.L.C-FZ, Konstantin Chaykin or their licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website, our products or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
