Art Moscow
Konstantin Chaykin takes part in the contemporary art fair Art Moscow. From April 22 to 26, the master will present a project in which engineering logic transforms into painting, and the precision of draftsmanship acquires a poetic form.
The concept of the booth is built around the transformation of mechanical-geometric code into image. Here, graphic works and paintings coexist as a single process, where thought moves from line to color, from calculation to intuition. A special focus is placed on graphic artworks, including pieces never before exhibited, revealing the artist’s inner laboratory.
The paintings' section is represented by the four artworks: Dormouse, Goddess of Tempo, Thinking of the Time’s Birth, and A Mad Horological Party. Together, they form the core of the artistic statement, where mechanics becomes a metaphor for consciousness, and time unfolds as a philosophical category and a source of imagery.
Chaykin’s booth offers not merely an exhibition, but a space for observing how a Horological Archetype comes into being.
