The limited-edition silkscreen print “Ticking to the Moon” transforms the birth of a watch into the artist’s own visual statement. The silhouette of a movement emerges on the paper, with the Pearl-Moon positioned at its center. It becomes the key element of the composition and, at the same time, part of a greater celestial order. Here, the principle of Horological Art echoes the structure of the Solar System: just as planets follow their orbits, every detail of the work obeys the logic of mathematical calculation. The result is a multifaceted metaphorical image – Konstantin Chaykin’s personal reflection on the irreversible flow of time and the majesty of the Moon.
