KC HOROLOGY L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use https://art.konstantinchaykin.com (the "Website"), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where applicable to visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws.

• Orders and purchases — name, email, phone number, shipping address, order contents and amounts, payment status. We use this to process, ship and support your order, handle cancellations, returns and refunds, and keep records required by law. Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations. An account on the Website is created automatically when you place an order (your email is used as the login).
• Enquiries — name, email, phone (if provided) and your message, when you contact us through a form. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you.
• Newsletter and event registrations — name, email, language and topics. Used to send gallery news, drops and event information. Legal basis: your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• Analytics — cookies, device and browser data, IP address and on-site activity collected by Yandex Metrica (including Session Replay / Webvisor). Used to understand how the Website is used and to improve it. Legal basis: your consent, given by clicking "Accept all" in the cookie banner. Analytics does not run without it.
• Security and operation — strictly necessary cookies, IP address and browser data, used to keep your session and cart working and to protect forms from spam (Google reCAPTCHA). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working Website.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Our Website and products are not intended for minors.

Card payments are processed by Network International (N-Genius), a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card details are entered on the gateway's secure page and are never received or stored by us. All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who need it to perform services for us, under confidentiality obligations:

• Network International (N-Genius), UAE — card payment processing;
• FedEx and other courier companies — delivery of your order;
• JSC Timeweb, Russia — hosting of the Website and its database;
• Yandex LLC, Russia — Yandex Metrica analytics (only with your consent);
• Google LLC, USA — reCAPTCHA spam protection;
• UniSender — email newsletter delivery;
• Telegram — internal notifications to our staff about new orders and enquiries;
• public authorities, where required by applicable law.

The Website is hosted on servers located in the Russian Federation, and some of the providers listed above are located outside the UAE and outside your country (including Russia and the USA). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected and is used only for the purposes described in this policy.

• Order data — for as long as needed to fulfil the order and then for the period required by accounting and tax laws (typically 5 years).
• Enquiries — up to 3 years after our last communication.
• Newsletter data — until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data — up to 2 years; cookie lifetimes are listed in our Cookie Policy.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal).
