Mexico with its culture, history, and mythology has long been a constant source of inspiration for Konstantin Chaykin. One of his ideas materialized in 2022 with the release of the “Calavera” watch, created in the style of sugar skulls, the decorative skulls crafted by Mexican artisans for the Day of the Dead.

“Aztec” is a design that has not yet been realized within the wristmon collection. The case and dial are intended to feature sculptural motifs characteristic of Aztec civilization, while the wristmon’s dial itself is envisioned as a stylized depiction of an Aztec deity.
